1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with SMM.BET, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Service in full, whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Overview

SMM.BET provides fully automated services including botting for views, followers, likes, and other social media engagements. We do not create social media accounts. Our platform operates exclusively as a boosting service through secure rental panels and does not access or manipulate your private data.

Please note that occasional system errors may occur, and services may break or be modified at any time to ensure proper order completion. We are not liable for orders placed before interruptions, and services may be deleted or discontinued at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Service descriptions are provided as guidance and may not be applicable in all cases due to provider or platform changes. If any conflicting information is found across pages or product cards, please contact support for clarification prior to ordering.

In any conflict of information, the hierarchy is: Title and main service description supersede General Notes, FAQs, and legacy copy.

3. Refill Policy

All accounts must be public to receive our services.
Multiple orders for the same link should not be placed simultaneously; wait for one to complete before ordering another.
Orders cannot be cancelled or edited after submission unless there is a legitimate issue; please verify order details carefully.
If your account becomes private or content is deleted, orders will be considered fulfilled with no cancellation or refund.
Prohibited content includes pornographic material, politics, extremism, or content inciting controversy.
Refills depend on specific order stats and require verification. Contact support for follower drops before ordering new services.
Refill processing typically takes up to 72 hours, subject to demand and updates.
Large orders have specific refill eligibility criteria; refills do not apply to username changes or invalid links.
Instagram refills require disabling the “Mark for Review” feature and submission of verification screenshots.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final; deposits are non-refundable but may be issued as site credit at our discretion.
Full refunds apply if an order is marked as cancelled and are automatically processed.
Partial refunds apply proportionally if an order is partially fulfilled.
Duplicate orders or orders mixed across platforms are not eligible for refunds.
Incorrect links may be cancelled and refunded automatically or via ticket request.
Refund eligibility requires ordering at least 10% of current follower count for refills.

5. Purchases and Payments

Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards through Stripe and cryptocurrency through Cryptomus.
Account balance updates appear only after successful payment clearance.
Stripe payments show as “OUTPACE Projects” with descriptor "BALANCE RECHARGE" on statements.
Crypto payments release after required blockchain confirmations, varying by coin and processor.
Payments are subject to verification; processors may deny payments at their discretion.
Customers must comply with payment provider terms.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel suspicious or erroneous transactions.

6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate, permanent suspension of your SMM.BET account.
Such disputes may trigger legal actions to recover lost funds.
Customers are urged to contact support for resolution before disputing payments.

7. Compliance with Social Media Policies

You agree to use our services in compliance with all social media platform terms and policies. Any violations, including those caused by automated activities, are your sole responsibility. SMM.BET disclaims all liability for consequences such as account suspensions or bans resulting from your use of our services.

8. Service Modifications and Availability

We reserve the right to modify or adjust any service type at any time to complete orders effectively. Services may become unavailable or break without notice. We are not liable for orders placed before service interruptions and may discontinue services without prior warning.

9. Account Responsibility

SMM.BET is not responsible for any suspensions, bans, or restrictions imposed by social media platforms. Misuse of the platform, threatening behavior, or abuse toward staff may result in account suspension or ban.

10. Order Requirements and Limits

Each service includes specific requirements and limits stated in the description. Orders exceeding stated limits may be canceled or delayed. Please adhere to these requirements to ensure timely processing. If a user fails to read or acknowledge the specific requirements and limits clearly stated in the service title or description, they may be deemed ineligible for any refunds. It is the user's responsibility to review all service details before placing an order. Orders that exceed stated limits or do not meet the specified requirements may be canceled or delayed, and no refund claims will be accepted based on such oversights.
